Zucchetti (zucchini-spaghetti) with Hamlitsch pumpkin seed pesto

2 medium zucchini
4-6 tbsp Hamlitsch pumpkin seed pesto
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Hamlitsch pumpkin seeds roasted and salted
2 tbsp eatable flowers

Cut the zucchini into noodles with a spiral cutter. Heat the pan and briefly fry the zucchini in a little oil. Just until they're hot. Don't use salt, then they'll get mushy. As soon as the zucchini noodles are hot, stir in the pumpkin seed pesto, add salt if necessary and decorate with pumpkin seeds and flowers and serve immediately.

Of course you can replace the zucchini spaghetti with spaghetti of your choice.
