Ruccola with figs and pumpkin seed oil

2 servings / 20 minutes of working time

3 handfuls of green lettuce each (rocket salad and head salad)
1 package of feta
4 figs
1 yellow pepper
1 handful of wild herbs and flowers (whatever the garden provides or omits - capuchin cress, cress flowers, marigolds, lavender flowers)
4 tbsp chilli pumpkin seeds
Salt pepper
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp Styrian pumpkin seed oil PGI

Crush the Grazer Krauthäuptel and Ruccola, wash and spin dry. Wash wild herbs and shake off the flowers well. Cut the figs into wedges. Cut the bell pepper into fine strips. Chop the chives and dice the feta.

Arrange lettuce, feta, figs, bell pepper, wild herbs and flowers on two plates and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and chives.
Mix salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar and Styrian pumpkin seed oil PGI to a dressing and drizzle over the salad.
