Pumpkin seeds – chili butter

160g soft butter
2 tablespoons of Steir. Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil PGI HAMLITSCH
40g organic pumpkin seeds HAMLITSCH
1 pinch of salt
chili to taste

- beat the soft butter with salt, pumpkin seed oil and chili until fluffy
- chop the pumpkin seeds roughly and add
- Form a sausage on a cling film, roll it up and put it in the freezer for about 1 hour
- Cut slices in portions as needed
