Preparation: Boil the beans in water until soft, then drain off the water. Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the pumpkin seeds (chopped) lightly. Add the pumpkin seed flour and fry a little longer. Add the beans to the pan, mix well and if liked salt lightly. Divide the beans onto two plates, garnish with a few pumpkin seeds and serve hot.
