Fresh, fruity, slightly acidic and dry is how a typical Schilcher is described. This protected Rosé wine may only be pressed in Styria from the blue Wildbacher grape and it forms the basis for this vinegar.

On the sunny hills of western Styria, the “Schilcher” thrives. This is the wine from the Blue Wildbach grape (Blaue Wildbachrebe) with its incomparable taste.
Carefully pressed, this wine is the product base for this vinegar. A fruity/spicy specialty with the typical aroma of a Styrian Schilcher produced by way of organic fermentation with a 5% acid content.
Shelf life: In the case of vinegar, there is no recommended use-by date. Store tightly closed and protected from heat and sunlight.
