Preparation: Soak in plenty of water for 12 hours. After that put them in a pot covered with water and a lid and boil about 3 hours until soft. So that the beans become equally soft, only add salt after cooking. Due to the cooking you will now have about three times as much as you had before.
Shelf life: At least 12 months. Store in a dry place, protected from heat and sunlight. Ingredients: Scarlet runner beans PDO.
