Selected, sun-ripened fruits from Styria are carefully processed to make our naturally cloudy apple vinegar.
This naturally cloudy apple vinegar with 5% acidity is produced carefully from juicy apples, without the use of preservatives. The naturally cloudy juice of the apples ferments organically, first to apple wine and then to apple vinegar.
Shelf life: In the case of vinegar, there is no recommended use-by date. Store tightly closed and protected from heat and sunlight.
