The typical Schilcher is described as fresh, fruity, finely acidic and dry.
This protected rosé wine may only be pressed in Styria from the Blue Wildbacher grape and forms the basis for the Styrian Schilcher grape jelly.

The Schilcher grape jelly is made at Schilcherlandgenusshof Hainzl-Jauk in Frauental.
Schilcher-wines, fine brandies, liqueurs and jams are produced with a lot of love and dedication – this is the third generation’s recipe for success at the winery Hainzl-Jauk.
Shelf life: At least 10 months. Store well closed, protected from heat and sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 3 months. Ingredients: Schilcher grape juice 67%, sugar 33%, setting agent.
