The Pumpkin-apple jam is made at Schilcherlandgenusshof Hainzl-Jauk in Frauental.
Schilcher-wines, fine brandies, liqueurs and jams are produced with a lot of love and dedication – this is the third generation’s recipe for success at the winery Hainzl-Jauk.
Shelf life: At least 10 months. Store well closed, protected from heat and sunlight. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 3 months. Ingredients: Fruit 67% (pumpkin, apple), sugar 33%, setting agent.
