Styrian maize semolina produced by family Imhof from Sulmtal-valley.
Tip: Tastes very tasty as a breakfast porridge with fruit or sour milk. Refined with herbs, cheese or oils as a side dish to vegetable, meat and fish dishes, or as polenta slices for barbecue.
Combine Sulmtaler maize semolina with our pumpkin seeds or our pumpkin seed pesto.

Maize semolina from an old corn variety. It is a whole grain product made from an old maize variety and therefore has a very special taste.
Preparation: Boil water, milk, vegetable drink or coconut milk and add a pinch of salt. Let the semolina trickle in and stir until it starts to thicken.
Remove from the stove and let steep for 10-20 minutes. Mixing ratio 1 part semolina and 1.5 – 2.5 parts liquid-depending on the desired consistency.
Shelf life: At least 10-12 months. Store in a dry place, protected from heat and sunlight.
