Our organic linseed oil is won exclusively from Austrian seeds in a gentle process, without filtration and cold-pressed.
Nutrition today contains too many Omega-6 fatty acids. That is why for a long time now nutritionists have recommended consuming more Omega-3 fatty acids regularly.
Due to the high content of Omega-3 fatty acids, this valuable oil is very sensitive and should therefore be stored in the refrigerator after it has been opened.
It is not suitable for being heated.
Shelf life: At least 5 months. Store refrigerated. The optimum storage temperature is approximately 5-8° C. Keep tightly closed after opening and use within 3 weeks. To lengthen the shelf life of linseed oil, it can be deep-frozen. The good substances contained remain.
