Selected honey is transformed together with clear spring water from the forest regions of the Styrian hills without using any preservatives in an organic fermentation process to honey vinegar of company Wilhelm.
A sweet and spicy speciality produced by way of organic fermentation, with the typical aroma of honey and 5% acidity.
The excellent properties of honey which have been known for centuries remain.
Shelf life: In the case of vinegar, there is no recommended use-by date. Store tightly closed and protected from heat and sunlight. Ingredients: Honey, water
