Shipping zones
We ship our products within the European Union through a parcel service provider specified by us. You agree to the forwarding of your personal data (first name, surname, street and house number, postcode, city and country) to the parcel service provider for shipping.
The dispatch takes place within 6 dispatch zones:
Zone 0: national (Austria)
Zone 1: Germany
Zone 2: Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary
Zone 3: Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands
Zone 4: Finland, France, Luxembourg, Romania, Sweden
Zone 5: Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain
Shipping to Greece, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus and non-EU countries only on request!
Shipping costs
The shipping costs are generally calculated as a flat shipping fee, depending on the respective shipping zone:
Zone 0: € 5,91 net/ freight-free from € 72.00
Zone 1: € 10,28 net / freight free from € 72.00
Zone 2: € 14.50 net / freight free from € 140.00
Zone 3: € 18.00 net / freight free from € 180.00
Zone 4: € 20.00 net / freight free from € 200.00
Zone 5: € 26.00 net / freight free from € 260.00
Payment terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Payment through Paypal
- Payment by means of advance payment
- Payment through cash on delivery only Austria (+ 4,50 Euro)
- Payment through Instant Transfer (Sofortüberweisung)
